  • Presenter: Sarah Klugman, Director of Admission, Lander College for Women
  • Description: Join to discuss how COVID impacted admissions and future strategies to help grow student populations, as well as identify students who best qualify for your programs.

  • Presenter: Mark Cortez, Executive Director of Admissions, Stony Brook University
  • Description: Join and learn how the team at Stony Brook realigned their team structure to accomplish goals and build frameworks for shared office values and skills. All have led to higher staff engagement and enhanced office culture.
• FERPA
  • Presenter: Brenda Valentin, EdD, Associate Registrar, College of Staten Island
  • Description: Join us for a workshop to build a foundational understanding of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Through interactive discussions and real-world examples, participants will gain clarity on what constitutes an educational record, students’ rights, access regulations, and applicable exceptions.
