Please note that sponsorship packages are contingent upon available space and are offered on a first come, first served basis. Package confirmation in the space is issued after the sponsorship payment is received by NJ-NY ACRAO. Each sponsor is limited to purchasing only one sponsor package per conference and there is a limit of two sponsors for each package. * Once the sponsorship package is confirmed, a session proposal must still be submitted separately during proposal submission period.
